From the overall situation of the consumer market, the total retail sales of social consumer goods in September was 4.11 trillion yuan, an increase of 3.2%, and the growth rate was 1.1 percentage points higher than that of the previous month. In September, the retail volume of new energy passenger vehicles was 1.12 million, an increase of 51% year-on-year, accounting for more than 53% of passenger car sales, and new energy vehicles are gradually becoming the mainstream of the automobile consumer market.

According to the data of the national home appliance replacement qualification verification system, the proportion of purchasing first-level energy efficient home appliances exceeds 90%. Third, it is green and sustainable. In the first nine months, the recycling volume of scrapped vehicles nationwide was 4.967 million, an increase of 48.8 percent year-on-year, including a 98.4 percent increase in September. As of the end of September, the number of waste electrical appliances recycling in the country was nearly 76 million units (sets), and the work of "integration of the two networks" between garbage sorting outlets and waste materials recycling outlets was further promoted. At present, about 150,000 "two-network integration" recycling stations have been built, and about 1,800 large-scale sorting centers of all kinds.
